The bridge took 4 years to construct and opened in 1906 by Viscount Tredegar designed by Monsieur Ferdinand Arnodin it was restored in the 1990s to its orginal condition and used today to transport vehicles and predestrians across the river Usk in the city of Newport South Wales |
